About us

The Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (UATUC) represents more than 100 thousand workers organised in 26 trade unions across the private and public sectors.

Our affiliates

A trade union provides you with information about your rights and free professional and legal assistance to exercise and further improve your labour rights in practice.

History of UATUC

The Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (UATUC) was established on 13 May 1990.

Only when organised in a union can workers collectively bargain with the employer about their wages and working conditions and organise strike action if they cannot agree with the employer on these issues.
